The undated video shows two Asian men attacking the victim at night in what appears to be a carpark. The video claims to have been taken somewhere in the US city of Philadelphia.
The video was shared by journalist and social commentator Ian Miles Cheong where it has been viewed more than 2.6 million times at the time of writing.
It is not known how the altercation between the men started, but the video starts with the victim on the ground trying to kick his attackers off while holding his cellphone. One of the Asians, wearing a red stadium style jacket then shoots the victim in the upper right chest, with the bullet possibly entering near the shoulder. The victim appears to have an adrenalin rush as the ‘fight or flight’ reaction kicks in. He tries desperately to scramble away but he is caught, punched in the head several times, before being shot two more times. He hits the ground out of picture.
The Asians get in a blue SUV and fire multiple shots at a neighbouring vehicle before attempting to leave the scene.
It is not known who is filming the incident, but it is being recorded from inside a car. On numerous occasions during the video, the filmer attempts to hide him/herself from view as the grisly, violent scene unfolds.
