Creepy live-streamer Carl cuffed by cops

A US social media personality named Carl, who has been described online as 'creepy', was arrested recently by police after complaints from several women.

Carl became infamous online for running a live stream channel in which he approached random women on the street seeking a date or relationship.

Another man, who fulfilled the role of cameraman, was not arrested, but his ultimate fate as yet is unknown.

Footage going viral online showed Carl accosting women in a downtown location, where he would proposition them, and in some cases, touch them. Most rejected his overtures flat.

Towards the end of the video shared on Twitter (X) by Ian Miles Cheong, Carl is seen talking to a young woman while unknown to him, two police officers approach him from behind.

The officers make their move to cuff the offender, but he is startled. After a brief struggle he is wrestled to the ground and cuffed.

‘Excuse me what’s going on?’ Carl asked.

‘You’re being placed under arrest.’

‘For what?’

‘Tell ya in a minute’.

As the arrest happens the cameraman told viewers that they [police] were ‘arresting Carl. Carl did nothing wrong’.

Charges are yet to be specified.
