A 19-year-old man, identified as Sebastián, has been arrested in Mexico after he was allegedly seen walking down a street holding his decapitated sister’s head.
Onlookers were horrified and called Michoacán State Police when they witnessed the incident in Quiroga.
The suspect, who appeared to be intoxicated, was apprehended without resistance, and a rifle in his possession was confiscated.
Julieta, his 26-year-old sister, was found dead, naked, at a nearby gas station.
Authorities are investigating the motive behind this gruesome crime, and details regarding the charges against Sebastián are not yet available.
The shocking incident is reminiscent of a similar case in Mexico where Lev Norman was arrested for carrying the head of Lucero Yazmin Hidalgo in a backpack in October 2022.
