Mid-air bloodbath horror: Passenger dies spewing litres of blood

In a spine-chilling episode straight out of a horror movie, a 63-year-old German man met a gruesome end aboard a Lufthansa flight from Bangkok to Munich, leaving passengers in utter shock.

The unnamed man, who boarded the plane looking alarmingly unwell, began a terrifying spectacle as he coughed up copious amounts of blood, horrifying his wife and fellow passengers.

The 12-hour flight turned into a nightmare when the man’s condition plummeted, leading to cold sweats and rapid breathing. A frantic call for medical help saw a young doctor rush to his aid, only to say the passenger was “fine” after a quick check. Despite the doctor’s reassurance, the situation took a dark turn as the man began violently spitting blood, turning the cabin into a scene of chaos and fear.

Eyewitnesses described the blood-curdling moment when blood exploded from the man’s mouth and nose, splashing walls and seats of the Airbus A380 with litres of blood. Despite the valiant efforts of flight attendants performing CPR for half an hour, the man tragically succumbed, plunging the plane into a deathly silence.

The horror didn’t end with the man’s demise. The captain somberly informed the passengers of the tragic event, and the man’s body was moved to the galley. The flight then made a grim return to Thailand, leaving passengers stranded and the man’s wife to face the ordeal of customs alone—a detail that deeply moved Mr. Missfelder, a nurse and passenger who regretted not offering his assistance.

The aftermath was a mix of trauma and frustration for the passengers, who were neglected for hours before being rerouted to Germany via Hong Kong, armed only with a measly 10-franc voucher for their troubles. Lufthansa has yet to respond to the incident, leaving many questioning the decision to fly and the lack of support for those aboard the horror flight.
