Most likely the former, but we should not rule out the possibility it’s a combination of both.
Holding what appears to be a can of liquid, most likely liquor, the man is completely off his face as he tries to combine the normally easy tasks of walking across the street and sipping on a can of drink simultaneously.
But he’s not successful and instead stumbles backwards onto the ground.
With 2.6 million views of the video at the time of writing, it’s sharing on social media drew thousands of comments.
On Twitter commenters were querying if the man had mixed alcohol with hard drugs. One criticised the man for having no ‘drunk beer protection skills whatsoever,’ on account of him losing control of the beer, which some consider an unecessary waste.
